Classic films with classic looks, Efke films have a higher silver content that is unmatched by those of other manufacturers, creating a richer and
smoother tonal range, as well as a highly desirable "old-school" look. From traditional panchromatic, to ultra-sharp orthochromatic, to luminous B&W infrared,
Efke covers the gamut of photographic possibilities.
Besides 35mm, Efke films also come in 120, 127, and multiple large formats that are unavailable anywhere else,
satisfying the film needs of a wider range of photographers than any other film company. Efke: a classic look that never goes out of style.

Efke IR 820c is medium speed black and white films with panchromatic sensitisation and infrared sensitisation up to 850 nm. This
infrared (IR) sensitisation, reaching far beyond the visible range, allows for strong IR effects (black sky, Wood effect). The basic medium
speed emulsion makes for fine grain and excellent gradation as well as high resolving power. Efke IR 820c is provided with an anti-halation
(AH) backing that effectively reduces light scattering in the emulsion and improves sharpness.

KB-100, R-100 and PL-100M are medium-speed panchromatic black-white negative films. A thin layer of the photographic emulsion and fine grain structure provide
high edge sharpness of negatives. Black-white sheet negative film EFKE PL-21M, which is of the same characteristics as the Efke KB-100 and Efke R-100, is primarly
intended for portraiture photography, advertisement photography etc. Efkes harmonized panchromatic sensitization is guarantee that these films may be equally
successfully applied with daylight and artificial illumination. Resolving power of 100 ISO films is 90 lines/mm. Films sensitivity is 21 DIN (100 ASA, ISO
100/21°, GOST 90), but by developing them in adequate developers Efkes speed utilization may be even twice increased to 400 ISO.

Efke Print film is a high silver content, chlorobromide, orthochromatic emulsion coated on a clear 170 micron polyester base. It was designed as a
replacement for Agfa's Gevatone N31P and is excellent for creating enlarged negatives (in a two-step process) for contact printing. Used by many
alternative process photographers the world over as the industry standard.
It has an ISO rating of 25 and a speed of P400. Varying the concentration of the developer can control the ISO range. For example using Dektol™,
or LPD™ in stock solution increases the contrast. Further dilution reduces the contrast. Experimenting with different dilutions and developing
times swill produce the desired results.
